Agatha Brinkley has dedicated over 20 years to advancing regenerative agriculture and strengthening food systems through nonprofit organizations and community engagement. She has held senior roles with organizations such as Kiss the Ground and the Regenerative Organic Alliance, where she built national fundraising systems, cultivated cross-sector partnerships, and supported farmer-focused programming.
Throughout her career, Agatha has worked to leverage regenerative agriculture as a tool for fostering economic vitality, promoting social justice, and mitigating climate change. Within her various roles, she has also directed regional agriculture conferences, stewarded membership networks, and guided organizations through periods of growth and transition.
A long-time farmer in Floyd, Virginia, Agatha has spent nearly as many hours moving cows to fresh pasture as she has sitting behind a desk. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies, Sustainable Agriculture from Warren Wilson College.

Lindsay Johnson owns and farms Bluebird Hill Farms in Woolwine, VA, where she produces and sells naturally grown produce year-round, cut flower arrangements, edible flowers and herbs, and raises turkeys and chickens on pasture for meat and eggs.
Lindsay has been an avid life-long gardener, has worked on farms and in a horticultural nursery, as a farmers market manager, as a biologist with the National Park Service, and holds certificates in clinical herbalism and as a holistic doula.
Lindsay worked as an event coordinator for large festivals for 5 years and as an administrator and program manager for a state-wide farming non-profit organization for the past 8 years. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina - Asheville in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Field Biology and Ecology and a minor in Biology. Most of her time currently is spent growing and cooking farm food for her blended family of 5 kids with her husband while raising their toddler on the farm.

Jessica Roberts is the co-founder of Whole Farm Strategies, a consultancy that unites 30 years of farming experience with nonprofit leadership, program development, and supply chain coordination expertise. Together with co-founder Ariel Pressman, Jessica brings deep, complementary knowledge of the organic grain sector and regional food systems—from production through certification to market access.
Jessica's background spans two decades of hands-on farm work, leadership at Wegmans Organic Farm & Orchard, and her role as Associate Director of Certification for Real Organic Project, where she conducted over 200 farm visits and helped build a certification program serving 1,100+ farmer members. She currently serves on the City of Meadville Market House Authority Board and farms in Northwest Pennsylvania.
For CGA’s current projects, Whole Farm Strategies brings essential expertise in organic certification systems, farmer network development, and supply chain coordination—skills honed through years of building programs that connect producers with markets while maintaining organic integrity. Their experience across diverse operations gives them a nuanced understanding of the challenges organic and transitioning grain producers face, as well as the coordination models that can help overcome barriers to market access and long-term viability.
