Until Nov 30th, the $125 Early Bird rate is available to current CGA members. (Beginning December 1, conference registration will be $175 for everyone, including CGA members.)

Members Get Early Access to On-Site Lodging
Pearlstone Retreat Center has limited on-site lodging, with accommodations for approx 75 conference attendees.
During the Early Bird period*, on-site lodging is reserved for booking by CGA members. (Once Early Bird ends, any remaining on-site rooms will become available to all registered conference attendees.) *Because on-site lodging is limited, it may sell out before the November 30 deadline.
A new setting for our annual gathering
For the first time, CGA's annual conference will bring the Mid-Atlantic grain community together in Maryland.
We're gathering at Pearlstone Retreat Center, a one-of-a-kind venue set on a working farm just outside Baltimore where the people building the regional grainshed can learn, connect, and build relationships.
The 2027 conference will also introduce Pre-Conference Workshops, offering opportunities for deeper learning before the main conference begins.

Programming will explore the many interconnected parts of a regional grain economy, with tracks designed to bring together people working at different points along the supply chain. Session details coming soon.

New for 2027! For the first time, the Mid-Atlantic Grain Conference will offer a small selection of immersive pre-conference experiences—from hands-on baking and field-based learning to a behind-the-scenes malt house visit and an interactive grain quality lab.

Volunteer with the Mid-Atlantic Grain Conference
Support the Mid-Atlantic grain community, meet practitioners across the grainshed, and earn discounted (or free!) conference registration. We’re seeking 10–15 volunteers to help make the Mid-Atlantic Grain Fair and Conference a success.
Volunteers can choose their preferred types of work when completing the Volunteer Interest Form.

2+ shifts (including at least one on March 16): 100% off conference registration
