OUR APPROACH

Our Commitment to Equity, Inclusion & Justice

A regenerative grain economy can only thrive when it addresses inequities in agriculture.
Our work includes:

  • Creating pathways for BIPOC, veteran, and beginning farmers

  • Confronting the legacies of land dispossession and exploitation

  • Distributing opportunities and resources more equitably

  • Practicing transparency and accountability across all programs

Equity isn’t a standalone project. It’s a fundamental part of how we grow the grain economy.
