Conference Hotel: Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge
For the 2026 Mid-Atlantic Grain Fair & Conference, we’ve partnered with Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge as our recommended conference hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Penn State Conference Center, with a complimentary shuttle running between the hotel and the conference venue throughout the event.
Embassy Suites is also where we’ll wrap up the day with our Grain-to-Glass Tasting, making it easy to go from sessions to socializing without missing a beat.
Special Conference Rate
We have secured a discounted group rate for conference attendees: $118 per night.
This rate is available for stays Sunday, March 15 and Monday, March 16.
Additional nights at the rate before and after the conference are also available upon request.
Rate includes:
Suite with king bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room
Made-to-order breakfast buffet for up to four (4) guests per suite

Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes*. Each guest is responsible for their own room, taxes, and any incidental charges at checkout.
*If you are tax-exempt in the state of Pennsylvania, please bring your tax-exempt form with you and present it upon arrival.
Reserve Your Room
Conference attendees must book their own rooms directly with the hotel.
To receive the conference rate, please book by Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
After this date, rooms will be released from the conference block and reservations will be accepted only based on availability and at prevailing hotel rates.
We recommend booking early, as rooms may sell out.
