What to Expect:

Taste & Learn: Sample a selection of crackers made with local grains baked by Janet’s Cafe and Bakery, including their signature Digestif cracker (perfect solo or paired with sharp, funky cheeses), savory sesame crackers, and more.

Expert Cheese Pairings: Truckle Cheesemongers will present curated local cheese selections that complement each cracker variety.

Wine Tasting: Native Selections will have wine pairings available for tasting, with glasses available for purchase.

Share Local Grains: Bring something you’ve baked with local grains to contribute to the offerings, and connect with fellow food enthusiasts and Common Grain Alliance members.
