Mark Brault
Mark is a scientist, craftsman, and a supply chain professional who has lived and worked in the greater Philadelphia area for the last two decades. He has a diverse background from research to commercialization through leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, agricultural, and food/beverage sectors. Mark is co-founder and President at Deer Creek Malthouse, which produces malt ingredients for the craft food and beverage industries. Mark co-founded the Philly Grain & Malt Symposium which has merged with the CGA Mid-Atlantic Grain Conference. The symposium was a convening event that brought hundreds of industry professionals and consumers together annually to network, educate, and market products made with local grain and malt. Mark has also led successful consumer marketing events including Malt-A-Palooza and the Grain Train.
