Each year, the Mid-Atlantic Grain Conference celebrates the people and partnerships that are driving a more resilient and equitable regional food system. Join farmers, millers, maltsters, bakers, brewers, distillers, cooks, and consumers for three days of practical learning, community connection, and inspiration — from soil to sourdough, malt to market, and everything in between.

Conference Tickets include a light breakfast during registration and a buffet lunch. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided during the evening Grain-to-Glass Tasting.

Help bring the Mid-Atlantic Grain Fair and Conference to life while connecting with an inspiring community working across the regional grain value chain. We’re seeking 10–15 volunteers to support event operations during:

  • The Grain FairSunday, March 15, 2026 at the Rodale Institute

  • The Mid-Atlantic Grain ConferenceMonday, March 16, 2026 at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center

Volunteer roles span a range of support needs, and volunteers will be able to select their top areas of interest when completing the Volunteer Interest Form.

In exchange for your support:

  • Volunteer for one shift and receive a 50% discount on conference registration

  • Volunteer for two or more shifts (with at least one shift during the conference on March 16) and receive a 100% discount on conference registration

Volunteer shifts are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you submit the form, we’ll follow up to confirm availability and assignments.
